CORRECTIVE ACTION

DEFECT
The rear guard may break or detach and make contact with the saw blade.

HAZARD
If the rear guard contacts the saw blade, fragments may be thrown from a rotating blade contacting the operator or bystander and causing injury.

Stop using the mitre saw, check the model, type number and date code against the details above. If your product is impacted, contact the DEWALT Customer Service team to receive a free repair kit.

CORRECTIVE ACTION FOR FUEL TANK CRACKING

DEFECT
The moulded area of the fuel tank to which the fuel valve is
mounted was moulded at the incorrect temperature.

HAZARDS
The tank material to be too brittle allowing the tank to crack.
If the fuel tank cracks, fuel could leak, increasing the risk of fire which
could result in severe injury or death

REMEDY
Yamaha recommends that consumers do not operate their
affected generator until this modification is performed.
The Yamaha Retailer will replace the fuel tank with one that has been
correctly moulded.

Pelican takes the quality and reliability of its products very seriously and is constantly monitoring the performance of its products in the field to maintain customer safety and satisfaction.

As a result of this monitoring, Pelican is issuing a recall of 9410 or 9415 NiMH flashlights and battery packs due to a potential problem with aged battery packs in these models during the charging process. The battery pack can become unstable and explode while charging, creating a risk of injury and damaging the light and property in the process. This does not affect the 9410L, 9415i or 9415 Z0 flashlights.

Pelican is offering the below recall options for the affected models:
9410: Return the product to your Pelican Dealer and we will replace it with the new and improved 9410L light

9415: Return the product to your Pelican dealer and we will replace it with a 9410L light.
(Please note - the 9410L is not a safety-approved light. )
OR Return the product to your Pelican dealer and we will replace the battery and charger with updated versions in approximately 20 weeks when the replacement product is available.

OR Return the product to your Pelican dealer and obtain replacement lighting products from Pelican up to the value of $494.95 inc GST (RRP of the 9415).
